DESCRIPTION ALCO Tri-County
Trowel-On is a heavy bodied, non-asbestos fiber filled, solvent based
dampproofing that can be troweled to exterior surfaces of concrete or

footings, retaining walls, tanks, culverts and bridge abutments.
ADVANTAGES »

PREPARATION The surface being coated must be clean, dry and
free from oil, form release agents and any foreign matter such as dust,
dirt, etc. Be sure all voids, cracks and rod holes are repaired with ALCO
24/7 Flashing Cement and a fabric membrane, when needed. This material
will span small hairline cracks, but all voids and crevices must be
repaired before application. Large voids and crevices in concrete should
be filled with mortar cement and allowed to cure completely.
APPLICATION
With a standard trowel, apply at the rate of 1/8" film or 12.5

fabric membrane into mastic, overlapping edges 3 - 4 inches and press
