WHITE PATCHING CEMENT

DESCRIPTION
ALCO White Patching Cement is processed with acrylic elastomeric resin, titanium dioxide white pigment and special reinforcing fibers. It is a resilient, long lasting and durable patch that provides premium protection withstanding the sun's rays. This product also provides excellent resistance to mildew and weathering.

USE
:  Excellent for repairing metal, polyurethane foam and masonry  :  Provides highly flexible, watertight seal over seams, fasteners, around protrusions, skylights, vents, flashings around mounted equipment and any other suspected leak areas

PREPARATION
Surface must be power washed with a mild detergent (except with new polyurethane foam) at a minimum of 2000 psi to remove dirt, loose paint, dried out caulk and other foreign matter which could prevent proper adhesion.

APPLICATION
Material is ready to use from the container and requires little or no mixing. Apply with a brush, trowel or putty knife. May be applied over damp, not wet, surfaces.
To repair cracks and seams using polyester fabric, remove all dried out and loosely adhered caulking and coating. Apply cement over entire length of seam or crack; apply 1" - 2" wider than the polyester fabric. Embed fabric into cement, smoothing fabric carefully without stretching. Apply second layer of cement, completely covering fabric and ensuring that all edges and corners of the fabric are firmly embedded.
Replace all missing fasteners and tighten existing screws or fasteners. Severely rusted metal panels should be replaced.
NOTE: Vertical seams on standing seam metal roofs do not require patching.
