ASPHALT EMULSION
Driveway Sealer

DESCRIPTION
ALCO SEAL Asphalt Emulsion Driveway Sealer is specifically formulated to seal hairline cracks and give new life and protection to asphalt driveway surfaces. It protects bituminous surfaces from gasoline, oil drippings and salt, and is fortified with acrylic polymers enabling a tighter bond to the surface.

USE

PREPARATION
Remove deposits of dirt, grease and oil by scrubbing with a detergent. Flush thoroughly with water, leaving no puddles. On cracks up to 1/4" wide, fill with a quality crack filler such as ALCO GUARD Crack Sealant.

APPLICATION
Apply on a warm, sunny day at temperatures above 50° F. with no forecast of rain or freezing temperatures within 24 hours of job completion.
Thoroughly stir material and apply with a soft bristled broom or a rubber edged squeegee. Work the driveway sealer into the surface, spreading a thin, even coat. Do not apply too thickly. If a thicker result is preferred, a two coat application is recommended. Allow 24 hours for material to cure between coats. Normal traffic can be resumed after 24 hours of job completion.
NOTE: Allow new (freshly placed) pavement to weather approximately 90 days before sealing.

Personal Protection: Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin, which may cause irritation. Wear chemical resistant gloves. Do not get in eyes; wear protective goggles or face shield. Wear protective clothing if needed. Do not take internally.

First Aid: Eye Contact - Rinse immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Skin Contact - Wash with waterless hand cleaner and/or soap and water. Ingestion - Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately.
Waste Disposal: Seal container when not in use. Empty containers must be disposed in an approved landfill in accordance with local, state and Federal regulations.

We warrant our materials to be of good quality and will replace materials found defective, providing, however, that the buyer shall examine the materials when received and promptly notify us of any defects before the materials are used or incorporated into a structure for which they are intended. Unless otherwise agreed to in writing, this warranty shall extend only to comply with specifications of materials manufactured by and published by ALCO-NVC Inc., and made available to the buyer at request. We cannot warrant nor in any way guarantee particular methods, use or applications, nor can we warrant that the materials will be suitable for any intended use.
