DESCRIPTION
ALCO SEAL Heavy Duty Asphalt Emulsion Driveway Filler & Sealer is a premium grade asphalt emulsion, fortified with 100% acrylic polymers, enabling a tighter bond to the surface. It not only protects bituminous surfaces from gasoline, oil drippings and salt, but also contains a non-discoloring, graded aggregate that fills small voids and increases surface traction. The result is a longer lasting asphalt surface.

PREPARATION
Surface must be swept free of dust, dirt and debris. Areas that are spotted with oil or gas drippings must be cleaned with a detergent and thoroughly flushed with water. Fill all cracks no larger than 1/4" with a quality crack filler such as ALCO GUARD. 

APPLICATION
Apply on a warm, sunny day at temperatures above 50° F. with no forecast of rain or freezing temperatures within 24 hours of job completion.
Stir contents thoroughly and often. This material can be spread smoothly and evenly over most asphalt driveway surfaces with a soft bristle broom or a rubber edged squeegee. For ease of application, it is advisable to spray a mist of water over areas to be coated, leaving a damp surface with no puddles. 
Do not apply coating too thick as it will inhibit proper curing. If a thicker result is preferred, a two coat application is recommended. Allow 24 hours cure time between coats. Do not resume traffic for 24 hours after application. 
NOTE: Allow new (freshly placed) pavement to weather approximately 90 days before sealing.
Caution: PROTECT FROM FREEZING

CLEAN UP
Clean applicator and any other tools with soap and water. If material has dried, use paint thinner, adhering to its precautions.

Personal Protection: Avoid prolonged or repeated contact with skin, which may cause irritation. Wear chemical resistant gloves. Do not get in eyes; wear protective goggles or face shield. Wear protective clothing if needed. Do not take internally.

First Aid: Eye Contact - Rinse immediately with water for 15 minutes and seek medical advice. Skin Contact - Wash with waterless hand cleaner and/or soap and water. Ingestion - Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately.
Waste Disposal: Seal container when not in use. Empty containers must be disposed in an approved landfill in accordance with local, state and Federal regulations.
